A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

In addition, on October 30, 2001, a person subject to a request to attach an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as "defendants") is a deaf-mute with the same criminal record and three times, including imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims, etc. (the minor, rape, etc. under thirteen years of age) in the Busan District Court.
1. At around 13:00 on April 2012, the Defendant discovered the victim D (n, 7 years old) in front of the C Apartment 109, Yangsan-si C apartment 109, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was a child under 13 years of age, on his/her own hand.
2. On May 15, 2012, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim F (n, 6 years old) who was on the top floor of the instant C apartment shopping mall; (b) f (n, 6 years old); (c) frank the victim on his/her own hand; and (d) frank the victim, who was a child under the age of 13, was forced to commit an indecent act.
3. On June 27, 2012, at around 14:45, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was a child under 13 years of age, after having completed the class of a private teaching institute and finding out the victim G (7 years of age) who returned home after having finished the class of the private teaching institute and following the victim.
On October 301, 2001, the Defendant committed a sexual crime against the victim D, F and G, who are children under the age of 13, on three or more occasions as indicated in the above criminal facts, and committed a sexual crime against those under the age of 16, on the ground that he was sentenced to imprisonment on October 30, 201, due to the crime of indecent act by compulsion of the child under the age of 3, and the violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims thereof (a minor, rape, etc. under the age of 13) in Busan District Court, and committed a sexual crime against those under the age of 16.
