A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 공무집행방해 피고인은 C와 함께 2012. 10. 15. 05:45경 안양시 만안구 D에 있는 E 앞길을 술에 취해 걸어가다가 그곳 길바닥에 놓여 있던 쓰레받기를 발로 찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim I.
