Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On July 20, 2005, the Defendant completed the registration of the branch office of Daejeon District Court on July 20, 2005 as to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “the instant real estate”) which was owned by A as of July 20, 2005, and the provisional registration of the branch office of Daejeon District Court on July 20, 2005 as of the receipt of No. 76660 on July 20, 2005 (hereinafter “the instant provisional registration”), and completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on October 20, 205, separately from the provisional registration No. 1 of this case on July 20, 2005 (hereinafter “the instant first transfer of ownership”).

B.
