Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2006, the Defendant, at the “C Hospital” located in the Macheon-si, was subject to an internal vision and organizational inspection under the name of Pyeongtaek-si, which was known to the general public, and was diagnosed at the above hospital on the 26th day of the same month, used the fact that he was not diagnosed under his name, and did not notify the fact that he was infected with the cancer, and had taken out a large number of insurance and attempted to use it.

Then, in order to claim insurance money, the Defendant was diagnosed with the Maamamam A from the G Hospital located in Seocheon-si F around January 15, 2007 after the lapse of 90 days from the above contract date to undergo the organizational inspection at the G Hospital located in Seocheon-gu Seoul around the 31st day of the same month.
