Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 07:10 on August 6, 2012, at dry field located north of the indoor gymnae-dong, the Defendant: (b) placed the water tank owned by the Defendant by the Victim C (the age of 61); and (c) placed the victim’s chest part on one occasion by lue hand, and had approximately two weeks of the victim’s chest part.
