A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant found in the “D University” female toilets located in Busan-gu, Busan-do, for her own acts of consoling, etc., and her sexual desire was born by asking the sperm in the above toilets and discovering female students in the above schools.

1. On November 7, 2017, at around 17:00, the Defendant entered the three-story female toilets of the above school center, and then intruded into public places with a view to meeting his own sexual desire by leaving over three pages, stating, “A three-story female toilets are well-known, well-known and well-known on the wall of the above toilets.”

2. On November 10, 2017, around 13:30, the Defendant: (a) entered a female toilet of the second floor at the above university headquarters; (b) laid one’s fixed amount into the said room; (c) laid one’s blick on the blick; and (d) intruded into a public place with a view to satisfy his/her sexual desire by spreading one another on the blick, stating “A” on the blicker’s Do with a view to spreading one’s night fireworks on the blicker’s Do, and indicating one’s bad well-being.

3. On November 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought to return to a female toilet as set forth in paragraph (1) around 19:00; (b) sought to commit an act in which he/she would return to a female toilet; (c) but (d) entered the AP toilet column of the AP toilet.

When the mind to commit an act of self-defenseing the side has disappearedd, it intruded into public places for the purpose of satisfaction of one’s sexual desire in a way of leaving a part of the above water and leaving a part of the entrance door of the opium, stating “Is this bad 3-story toilet, Is a good seeer, Is a good seeer,” which read “Is this bad 3-story toilet, Is a good seeer.”
