1. On April 25, 2013, it was concluded between the defendant and C as to the real estate indicated in the attached real estate.
Reasons
1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 4, and the fact inquiry results to the head of the Jung-gu Office of this Court.
Until October 4, 2012, the Plaintiff sold boilers and parts thereof in an amount equivalent to KRW 100,395,780 to C, but did not receive the price of the goods, and the Plaintiff filed an application for a payment order (Seoul Northern District Court 2013 tea227) with C to the effect that “C shall pay to the Plaintiff 100,395,780 won and the amount at the rate of 20% per annum from May 7, 2013 to the date of full payment,” and the above payment order was finalized on May 21, 2013.
B. However, with respect to the indicated real estate (hereinafter “the instant real estate”), the establishment registration of a mortgage (the actual secured amount is KRW 179,479,479) was completed four times in total, from January 10, 2005 to April 25, 201, on four occasions, including the creditor, Korea Standards Bank, and the maximum debt amount (the actual secured amount is KRW 179,479,479). On March 12, 2012, the creditor, Korea Standards Bank, the claimed amount is KRW 22,731,203, the credit guarantee amount, the claim amount of KRW 13,312,00,00, the credit card amount of April 9, 2012, each of which was registered to the Defendant (the creditor, the secured debt amount is KRW 179,479,479, the secured debt amount), and each of which was registered to the Defendant under the status of the creditor, the creditor’s credit guarantee amount, the claim amount of KRW 13,2081.
In addition, as to the instant real estate even thereafter, each of the right-holder’s National Health Insurance Corporation on July 12, 2013, each of the seizures, which is the Republic of Korea on October 24, 2013, creditor Co., Ltd. on August 5, 2013, the claimed amount of KRW 6,385,037, and creditors’ subscription cards, claim amount of KRW 4,503,103, and provisional seizures, which are the creditor Co., Ltd. on November 26, 2013.
