At around 09:00 on April 8, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of at least 0.182% of blood alcohol concentration, driven by the Defendant, from the Seoul cafeteria located in the Daegu Dong-dong-gu to the front of the ordinary meeting located in the same Dong-dong.
