Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one may cultivate plants used as raw material for narcotics without approval from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, but the defendant cultivated 1,313 poppys, which are plants used as raw material for narcotics, at the end of his house and in front of his house garden, at the time of stay from May 30, 2013 to May 13:30, 2013.
