Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2016, around 15:50 on May 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the front entrance of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment building 107, and (b) around the Defendant, on the ground that the victim D (76 aged) (the chairman of the apartment management committee) was subjected to a summary order attached in front of the elevator, and (c) obstructed the Defendant’s face and chest by spreading water spiting the Defendant’s face into the face; (d) booming the Defendant’s face into the face; (e) booming the Defendant’s face, the Defendant 20 days of treatment for approximately 20 days.
