1. The insured amount (USD) insured on April 24, 2008. 47, 388, 071. 375,018, 667.795% D on December 9, 2007. 47, 623, 423, 416. 87. 45, 246. 95% of UACC on April 24, 2008.
A. B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BACC”) entered into a shipbuilding contract (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant vessels”) with the United States Armed Forces U.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S.S. S. S. S. S.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S.S. Co., Ltd., Ltd., as of the date and time indicated in the “Agreement Date” as set forth below (hereinafter referred to as “UACC”).
B. In early 2008, the domestic small and medium shipbuilding companies, including the Korea Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., had been awarded several orders for shipbuilding contracts, were not issued a financial institution’s advance refund guarantee certificate (Refunuarante hereinafter “RG”) required to receive advance payments from the project owner under poor credit conditions, and it was difficult to secure funds and build ships.
On January 2008, in order to promote the export of vessels of small and medium shipbuilding companies, the Defendant adopted a policy to provide support for the financial institutions to issue RGs to small and medium shipbuilding companies by setting up export guarantee insurance to small and medium shipbuilding companies (600 million won in the case of B-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S
In addition, in order to minimize the risk of acquiring the poor credit conditions of small and medium shipbuilding companies, a shipbuilding company is not entitled to receive advance payments directly from the ordering person, and a financial institution receives it from the ordering person.
