The Defendants introduced, together with F and G, that there is a program that can automatically trade investors in the Republic of Korea with 10,000 dollars, when preparing for '10,000 dollars and remitting 7,000 dollars to the company, the company shall use it for Nowon-gu and its automatic trading program, operating expenses, etc., and 3,000 dollars shall establish an investment plan related to foreign exchange transactions that shall be used as a deposit for foreign exchange futures trading and shall invite investors to receive investments from investors. According to such public offering, F, G shall reside in a foreign country such as F, China, Thailand, and Thailand, and shall take charge of the development and management of programs, fund management, overall business plan, etc., and Defendant C shall, as representative business operators in the Republic of Korea, prepare an office at the Gangnam-gu Seoul International Office of Government Office on August 16, 2015 (transfer to Seoul building on December 16, 2015); Defendant C shall be responsible for the management of the program and its management of investors' website; Defendant C shall be responsible for the management of the project.
