A Imprisonment with prison labor for two years and fines for 27,50,000 won, Defendant B, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months, and fines for negligence for 20,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is the Defendant’s standing standing manager, who works as a responsible supervision in the electrical construction field in the construction site in Daegu-gu QR located in the Dong-gu, Daegu-gu from around July 2012 to July 2013, and was in charge of overall management and supervision of electrical construction in the construction site.

B. The Defendant was requested by U to the actual operator of the SBA to request that the SBS Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. deliver lighting fixtures to the said construction site, and accepted by U.S. by requesting that the SBS Co., Ltd. supply them.

On May 22, 2013, the Defendant, taking advantage of the status of responsible supervision at the above construction site, had the Mediation Committee for the Settlement of Disputes deliver lighting fixtures equivalent to the total amount of KRW 318,770,689 at the above construction site, and provided various conveniences during the supply process.

On August 31, 2013, the Defendant received a cash of KRW 27,500,000 in return for assisting the above T to deliver lighting fixtures at the above construction site in return for providing convenience in the course of delivery.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is deemed a public official, received a bribe in relation to his duties.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant, as a local public enterprise W, worked as a supervisor in the field of electrical construction in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government X Apartment Complex Construction Site, which was ordered by SH Corporation from August 2008 to December 2, 2010, and was in charge of overall management and supervision of electrical construction in the said construction site. (B) The Defendant, upon receiving the above U’s instructions, tried to assist the ZW Co., Ltd. to supply lighting equipment to the ZW Co., Ltd., which received the above U’s order, and made convenience in the course of delivery.

“On receipt of a solicitation to the effect, the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. is equivalent to the sum of KRW 1,606, 125,066 in the said Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. on January 25, 2010, taking advantage of the status of the field supervisor.
