1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On August 27, 2015, the Plaintiff lent KRW 21,900,00 to D, and D subsequently lost the benefit of time by delaying repayment of the principal and interest.
B. D A died on January 3, 2016, and Defendant A’s wife, Defendant B, and C are children of D.
C. The Defendants renounced D’s inheritance of property.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, D’s obligation to return a loan to the Plaintiff was not inherited by the Defendants due to the waiver of succession, and thus, the Defendants did not have any obligation to pay the loan.
Therefore, all of the plaintiff's claims against the defendants are dismissed.
