1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 65,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 14, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 4 (including additional numbers), the plaintiff agreed on July 8, 2014 to supply 357,50,000 won (including value-added tax) in total for the goods to the defendant on the following day of the payment of the goods (hereinafter "the machinery of this case"), and the fact that the plaintiff supplied the machinery of this case to the defendant around September 29, 2014; the defendant paid 292,50,000,000 won in total to the plaintiff as the price of the machinery of this case; the defendant paid 65,000,000 won in total to the plaintiff; the defendant is obligated to pay 357,50,000 won in total (=357,500,000-290,500 won in total, 2500 won in total and damages for delay from the payment order of this case to 161,201.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by accepting it.
