Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2020, the Defendant driven a vehicle B1 ton cargo vehicle in the state of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.173% in the 1km section from the front of the restaurant in which it is impossible to know the trade name in the Jin-si Dong at the time of Jin-si, Jin-si, to the parking lot in the Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, while driving a motor vehicle on the road without obtaining a driver's license.
