1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The plaintiff entered the Army on June 22, 1983 and was discharged from military service on November 8, 1984.
B. On October 1, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application for registration of a person of distinguished service to the State with different application for the head, language, and spirit of a person of distinguished service, alleging that the Defendant was aware of his/her head from an appointed soldier during military service, lost his/her consciousness, and received medical treatment due to verbal disability and mental shock.

After the deliberation of the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement on May 14, 2015, the Defendant rendered a decision on the non-conformity of the requirements for persons who have rendered distinguished services to the State and the non-conformity of the requirements for persons eligible for veteran’s compensation (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the Plaintiff did not confirm objective materials confirming that the instant wounds were caused by the direct cause of performance of duties or education and training directly related to national security or the protection of people’s life and property, or that the instant wounds were not caused by performance of duties or education and training not directly related to national security or the protection of people’s life and property, and that the instant wounds rapidly aggravated above the speed of natural progress.
The Plaintiff dissatisfied with the instant disposition and filed an administrative appeal with the Central Administrative Appeals Commission, but received a dismissal ruling on November 17, 2015.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The plaintiff asserted that he was suffering from the disease related to the disease of this case before entering the military, with physical or mental health.
The plaintiff, while serving in the military, was unsatisfyed from a senior soldier, and was shocked by his shock.
