Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:53 on the Dobong-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, 302, the Dobong-ro 302 Republic of Korea branch office located in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. (b) sought access from the victim B (25 tax) who is an employee of the Korean Mar society security staff and the victim C (54 tax) who is the security commander, used the victim B's blue blue, and assaulted the victim C's blue in the order of selling it.
