1. Basic facts

A. The instant refund claim amounting to KRW 1,800,000,000 (hereinafter “instant refund claim”) owned by Nonparty 1 with respect to the Republic of Korea (the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea): (a) transferred the instant refund claim amounting to KRW 2011; and (b) notified the Republic of Korea of the assignment of the claim.

On January 9, 2012, the date of service of the notice of transfer amount, which is the transferee of the bonds as of the date of transfer, on January 19, 2012, the Defendant, Busan Bank ethylM 1,000,000,000 won, around January 10, 2012, the Plaintiff, Busan Bank ethylM 365,037,370 won, January 19, 2012, the amount of which was KRW 258,780,198,00 on January 19, 2012, the obligation transferee, Inc. 258,549,30 won, and the amount of which was KRW 1,258,549,30 won on January 19, 2012, the Defendant Steel Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd. 1,82,836,280 won;

The plaintiff, the non-party Korean bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Korean bank"), the non-party Gwangju Bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Gwanju Bank"), and the defendant Nonghyup Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seoul Bank") received the provisional attachment decision regarding the refund claim of this case as follows, and served the decision in the Republic of Korea.

On March 9, 2012, the Republic of Korea (U.S.) attached the instant refund claim that Non-Party ethyl Co., Ltd received from ethylM, and the instant refund claim that Non-Party Mean Industries Co., Ltd received from ethylM on April 4, 2012, and the instant refund claim that Non-Party Mean Industries Co., Ltd took over from ethylM, and the instant refund claim that Non-Party Mean Industries Co., Ltd received from MeanM.
