Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Kazers.

At around 15:25 on August 31, 2014, the Defendant was prohibited from stopping or parking a vehicle at the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon Airport, Incheon, which is located within 272, or at a place within 10 meters from where a pole, board, or line indicating a bus stop is installed. However, for business purposes, the Defendant violated the above order by failing to move the said vehicle for about one hour, despite being ordered to move the said vehicle at the bus stop, because it is likely to cause danger or interfere with the traffic of other vehicles from the Incheon International Airport Police Guard Expenses and the surrounding L, which is located in the above airport.
