1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant traded a transaction corresponding to each of the loan subjects with each of the financial institutions listed below, but failed to pay the principal and interest of the loan from each of the loan dates, and the balance of the loan and interest for delay until June 3, 2007 are listed below.

B. In making the above transactions with each financial institution, the Defendant paid damages for delay in accordance with the interest rate set by the creditor financial institution. The interest rate for delay is 17%.

C. On May 13, 2005, the Plaintiff acquired the principal and interest interest of the Defendant from each of the above financial institutions in accordance with an asset transfer agreement and the Asset-Backed Securitization Act (hereinafter “transfer of this case”), and on June 16, 2005, Article 7(1) of the Asset-Backed Securitization Act (Special Cases concerning Requirements for Counter-Backed Securitization) (1) of the Asset-Backed Securitization Act to the Defendant (including the truster; hereinafter the same shall apply) or the transferee (including the trustee; hereinafter the same shall apply) of the claim transfer, trust, or return of the claim pursuant to an asset-backed securitization plan to the Defendant without notifying the obligor thereof

Provided, That the transferor or transferee shall entrust the debtor with the assignment of claims by content-certified mail at least twice to the address falling under any of the following subparagraphs:
