A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of one million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on March 8, 201, and on December 7, 201, the same court issued a summary order of one million won for the same crime, and on October 19, 201, issued a summary order of five million won for the same crime in the same court. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court.

On November 29, 2019, at around 20:45, the Defendant driven an Epoter II cargo vehicle with approximately KRW 0.225% alcohol concentration at a section of about 1km from the front of the inn city B to the front of the same city building.
