When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2014, at around 23:40, the Defendant driven B SP car at approximately KRW 1.5 km from around the Gambling-dong Free Park at Ansan-gu to the front of the police station, in a state of alcohol of 0.189% of blood alcohol concentration.
