Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 3, 2015, at around 21:05, the Defendant: (a) had been divingd in the EMoel parking lot operated by the victim D (the age of 36) in Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) had the victim, who heard the horses “to cause interference with vehicle movement” from the victim; (c) had the victim expressed the victim’s desire to “Chewing sludge, but, if so, he would have been able to do so; and (d) prevented the victim from entering the bar by blocking a car going into the 20 minutes of bit, by blocking the car going into the bit.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's female business by force.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 전항 기재 일시, 장소에서 신고를 받고 출동한 대구서부경찰서 F지구대 소속 경위 G(50세)과 경장 H(34세)으로부터 “주차장에서 주무시면 위험하니 집으로 돌아가세요”라는 말을 듣자 위 경찰관들에게 “야 씹할놈들아, 좆같은 소리하지 말라”는 욕설을 하고, 경위 G을 대상으로 손으로 가슴 부위를 5회 때리고, 발로 다리를 1회 차고, 손톱으로 팔을 할퀸 후, 경장 H으로부터 제지를 받자 그를 대상으로 주먹으로 가슴 부위를 수회 때려 폭행하였다.

In addition, the Defendant, who was arrested as a flagrant offender on the same day at around 21:35 of the same day, went to the F District located in Seo-gu, Daegu, Daegu, and expressed to the Police Officers J (the age of 25) belonging to the said District that “the Chewing year should be done,” and assaulted the chest part of the police officer at the time of drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the suppression and investigation of crimes.
