1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,186,850 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from April 1, 2014 to December 11, 2015 for the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) the period for the construction of the C-building from Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to July 10, 2014; and (b) the construction cost was set at KRW 9,960,035,00 for the contract; and (c) the construction cost was increased to KRW 897,620,000 on July 9, 2014; and (d) the construction cost was changed to KRW 10,857,65,000 for the construction cost (Evidence 8-3, 200) as the construction cost was changed to KRW 10,857,65,00 (Evidence 8-3, 2).

In order to supply sewage from the Defendant, the Plaintiff submitted a draft plan for interior works to the Ulsan-gun in the middle of September 2013, under the agreement with the Defendant and the Ulsan-gun in order to supply sewage, which is added to a design modification, such as C-building First Class (hereinafter “instant construction works”).

3) On September 2013, Ulju-gun selected the Plaintiff as a senior patrol officer to take charge of the instant construction work, and the Plaintiff was awarded a subcontract from the Defendant for the instant construction work (hereinafter “instant subcontract”).

(2) The Plaintiff, Ulsan-gun, and the Defendant agreed to determine the construction cost by either increasing or decreasing the construction cost according to the result of the Plaintiff’s settlement of quantities invested by the Plaintiff, following consultation with the competent supervisor of the Ulsan-gun Office, the head of the supervision group, and the Defendant. (B) From October 2013, the Plaintiff began the design and design drawings of the instant construction from October 201 to the Ulsan-gun, and submitted the design and design drawings of the instant construction to the Ulsan-gun to obtain approval of the design and design drawings.

The U.S. military, through the responsible supervisor, did not have the completion date to the defendant.
