Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2016, around 03:30, the Defendant driven a F Twork XG car without obtaining a driver’s license from the Busan Seocheon-dong Intersection, Busan, to the front road of the same Kupo-dong, Dongpo-dong.
