Defendant E is a doctor belonging to H Hospital A in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and Defendant F is a doctor belonging to J Hospital A in Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

The deceased K (LR) is a person who died on December 4, 201 after receiving medical treatment at H Hospital and J Hospital; the Plaintiff’s father, the mother of the Deceased, the Plaintiff C, and D are the persons who were the deceased.
