The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the relevant legal principles and records, it is just to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance which dismissed the public prosecution on the premise that the facts charged in this case include the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed measures after accidents), and that the facts charged in this case include the violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the violation of the Road Traffic Act due to the damage to property, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of exceeding
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
