Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 20, 2014, at around 11:45, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle while driving it on the front day of the Ccafeteria located in Busan B, for which E, an employee of the said company, posted the key and reported on the day to view it as parking.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license at the date and time stated in the preceding paragraph, and driving Fone Star, which was stolen from the place mentioned in the preceding paragraph to the parking lot front of the indoor swimming pool in the Busan sports facility management office located in the Dong-dong, 930-2, Busan.
