The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On December 15, 2019, at around 00:15, at “C” located in Suwon-gu, Busan, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim on the ground that the victim, who was on the next side, had a confluence with the victim E (the age of 50) while drinking rice with drinking water, and continued to do so with the victim E (the age of 50) who was on the back, etc., with the victim, on the ground that the victim was fluenced by other customers, employees, etc., on the ground that the victim was fluenced, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim on the part of other customers, employees, etc.

2. The judgment is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. The victim revoked the complaint against the defendant after filing the prosecution of this case.

Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
