A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a KS3 car.

On October 9, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.160% among blood transfusions on October 18:15, 2016, and driven the road of four-lanes in front of Kim Sea C at the 1 Dong/Dong Office, while driving the said car toward the private distance of commercial buildings in the direction of the 1 Dong/Dong Office at the end of Kim Sea, and proceeded to the opposite lane.
