The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On October 24, 2016, Plaintiff (B) entered the Food Manufacturing and Processing Business Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter in this case’s business establishment) and was engaged in the mixture and processing of additives, and filed an application for medical care benefits with the Defendant, asserting that the instant injury and disease was an occupational disease.

B. On June 12, 2019, the Defendant rendered a decision not to grant medical care (hereinafter the instant disposition) on the ground that the Plaintiff could not recognize a substantial causal relationship between the instant shopping branch and the Plaintiff’s work performed at the instant workplace.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion at the instant workplace, while working in the instant workplace, used the tea chlorate to clean and laundry work clothes, was exposed to the bromochloros, which is a carcium, in the process, and was exposed to poly chlorates, etc.; and was exposed to poly calcium that causes carcium loss, and the lack of calcium was caused by workplace cancer.

The injury or disease of this case was caused by the work performed by the plaintiff at the workplace of this case, or has deteriorated above the course of natural progress, and thus, the injury or disease of this case can be recognized as a considerable relation between the two parties.

The instant disposition based on the premise different from the instant disposition is unlawful.

(b) Being recognized (i) workplace cancer is a malicious pattern consisting of cancer cells created at work;

The commander shall be divided into the head and the workplace cancer, and the cancer generated from the head and the workplace cancer according to the location at which cancer occurs, shall be the workplace cancer, and the common name thereof shall be the head and the workplace cancer.
