A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
On October 26, 2016, at around 14:55, the Defendant driven a car with Burstom without obtaining a driver's license from around 5 km section from the front side of the members' line in Ansan-si to the front side of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Andok-ro, to the front side of 410.
