A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 25, 2019, at around 06:40 on June 25, 2019, the Defendant driven a sloping car with a ton of DNA alcohol content 0.127% under the influence of alcohol from around the Do office located in the Daegu Water-gu B to the front road of the Donggu Water-gu Dog-dong, Daegu Water-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant has driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice in violation of the prohibition of drunk driving.
