Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. The court's explanation of this case is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following cases, and thus, it shall accept this case in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

At the bottom of the judgment of the first instance court, the "suspect of violation of the Labor Standards Act" shall be amended to the "suspect of violation of the Labor Standards Act and the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act".

From October 13, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order on December 13, 2013 under the above claim. C, etc. filed an application for formal trial against the above summary order and received a judgment of innocence on October 17, 2014 (Seoul Central District Court 2013Ma6846), and the prosecutor appealed against the above judgment and appealed on February 13, 2015, but the appeal was dismissed on February 13, 2015 (Seoul Central District Court 2014No4363).

At the bottom of the fourth decision of the court of first instance, the term ".... holiday allowances" shall be amended to ".... holiday allowances and special attendance allowances".

The phrase “No. 13” shall be deleted from the column of 1, 2, and 3 at the bottom of the five pages of the judgment of the first instance court, and the phrase “this court shall add “this court’s obvious fact.”
