A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant becomes aware of the victim D (the age of 42) through the Internet hosting site, and is in a relationship with a chain.

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant opened a residential gate of the victim in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul and opened a gate and opened a gate that is not corrected by entering the gate, and infringed upon the victim’s residence.

B. On May 4, 2013, around 06:00, the Defendant kept the victim’s returning home in front of the victim’s residence by hiding it on the alleyway. The victim opened a gate and entered the house.

On April 4, 2013, at around 06:00, the Defendant placed a victim returning home on the street before the victim’s residence on the ground that the victim does not walk the Defendant, thereby cutting off the wall and handbags containing mobile phones, put the victim into the F. F. A car troke line owned by the Defendant, and moved the victim into the front line of the said car, set off the door by force, and moved the victim to the “H” garage located in U.S. Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City G.

3. At around 18:00 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) met the victim who returned home before the victim’s residence; (b) was forced to take the victim into force on the said car.
