Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On November 9, 2016, Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Busan District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on the same day.

On April 2, 2016, Defendant A, around 15:50 on April 2, 2016, abused the victim’s face at the front of G restaurant located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City F, on the ground that he/she requested the victim H (V, 53 years of age) who drinks alcohol to provide alcohol, but he/she did not provide alcohol, and used the victim’s head knife with his/her hand floor when he/she takes three times the face of the victim and takes five to six times the head flife with his/her drinking.
