The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around May 2, 2014, at around 07:50 on May 2, 2014, the Defendant, on the grounds that he was suspected of gambling from the Defendant’s residence of Jung-gu, Incheon, C2-dong 401, and from the Defendant’s wife D (here, 48 years of age) (here, her wife), her fingers the victim by pushing the victim by hand, and her face and part of the victim E (the 19 years of age) who is an infant to speak, committed assault each by drinking and drinking.

2. The offense of assault is a crime not prosecuted against the victim’s express intent (Article 260(1) and (3) of the Criminal Act). The victims expressed their intent not to prosecute the defendant on June 18, 2014 after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
