Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:30 on May 13, 2015, around the house of the victim D (the age of 64, n) located in the East Sea; (b) reported the victim’s drinking together with three neighboring E et al.; and (c) expressed the victim’s desire for drinking together with three neighboring E et al.

Accordingly, the victim publicly insultingd the victim by citing the reason that the victim would take out, and continuing to see neighbors, such as “I am spice, spice, sprink,” in front of the neighbors.
