Text
All appeals filed by the Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).
Reasons
1. The defendant's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the argument of the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justified even after closely examining the evidence submitted to the court of first instance.
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the first instance, and it is also accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the appeal against the defendant's principal lawsuit and counterclaim is without merit, and all of the appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
