A. The Defendant Hyundai Savings Bank, and the Hoho Industrial Development Co., Ltd. are 491,69,239 won and their importance.
Reasons
1. Basic facts

3) On June 23, 2008, Defendant Hyundai Savings Bank, Hoho Industrial Development, and Hoho Construction entered into a business agreement with the Defendant Hyundai Savings Bank to pay the acquisition price of the entire place of business (the project site, all of the ground buildings, business rights, etc.) to the Defendant Hyundai Savings Bank on the site owned by the Defendant Hyundai Savings Bank by designating the Defendant Hoho Industrial Development as a joint project proprietor, and as a construction contractor, to complete the construction of the instant apartment on the site owned by the Defendant Hyundai Savings Bank. (B) On December 18, 2009, the Defendant Hyundai Savings Bank, Hoho Industrial Development Co., Ltd. entered into a contract with the Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association on the defect liability guarantee (hereinafter “instant contract”).
