A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 2042" is the employer who is the representative of C in Yangsan-si B and runs the manufacturing business of metal products using eight full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, retirement allowances, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant worked in the foregoing workplace from July 1, 2014 to November 30, 2018, and did not pay the total of KRW 1,229,569 on June 6, 2018 of retired workers D, the total of KRW 3,450,721 won on July 7, 2018, the wage of KRW 4,336,538 on August 8, 2018, the wage of KRW 3,305,288, the wage of KRW 3,106,971, the wage of KRW 2,86,618, the total of KRW 18,315,705 from the date of retirement to the date of retirement, and did not pay KRW 375,745,775,00 on September 1, 2018 without agreement between the parties to the relevant crime, as well as the total of KRW 3,106,975,75.

The Defendant is the representative of C in Gyeyang-si B, Yangsan-si, who runs the manufacturing business of metal products using eight full-time workers.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay KRW 900,000,000 to May 31, 2018, which is the date agreed between the parties to extend the date when he/she reached an agreement on the extension of the date, when he/she had worked in a production position from May 25, 2017 to January 9, 2018.

The Defendant, “F,” operated by the Defendant in Gyeyang-si B, Yangsan-si, owned 2 parts of the lower salary grade ( approximately 4m in length, approximately 40cm in diameter) in its original form.

G enforcement officers belonging to the Ulsan District Court shall be entrusted by creditors H with the enforcement of this Act.
