The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant:

1. At around 20:25 on February 9, 2014, at “Dju” located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si: (a) voluntarily reported to 112 on the ground that the employee did not sell alcoholic beverages; and (b) on the ground that the circumstances, such as publicly sound, etc., during the period of “I amb, I amb, I amb, I amb, I amb, I amb, I amb, I amb, I amb, I am.”

As to the determination of insult, this part of the facts charged is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, and can be prosecuted upon a victim’s complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim F expressed his/her intent to cancel the complaint against the Defendant in this court on May 12, 2014, which is after the institution of the instant indictment.
