1. The Defendant amounting to KRW 98,000,000 and to KRW 6.37% per annum from December 31, 2013 to August 12, 2015, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

The Defendant borrowed 98,00,000 won from the Plaintiff on August 26, 2013 at an interest rate of 6.37% (changing interest rate) and at an overdue interest rate of 18%, and the Defendant’s loss of the benefit of time on February 28, 2014 is recognized by the respective statements in subparagraphs A through 2.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 98,00,000 won with interest rate of 6.37% per annum from December 31, 2013 to August 12, 2015, and 18% per annum, interest rate of 98,00,000 won per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
