A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with sod motor vehicle B.

On October 3, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.107% among blood transfusion around 07:46, the Defendant, at the Gyeonggi-si, proceeded with three-lane roads in front of the gas station in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, according to the foregoing one-lane road from the IC room on the Gyeongan-si.

In such cases, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by properly operating the operation and steering gear of the motor vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, due to the above occupational negligence, the victim I (the 48-year old-old) who was on the part of the above victim I (the son, the pelle executives in need of approximately 6-day medical treatment, and the victim J (the 19-year-old age-old) suffered, respectively, approximately 2-day medical treatment of the above victim, the victim K (the son, the 77-year-old passenger), the victim L (the 28-year-old), and the victim M (the 59-year-old passenger) for approximately 2-day medical treatment.
