Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on August 4, 2008, and was sentenced to a fine of five million won for the same crime in the same court on August 10, 2012.

On June 25, 2017, the Defendant driven B Ethp car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.136% alcohol level in the area of approximately 1km from the border of the Sinpo-si, the Sinpo-si, the Nampo-si, the Sinpo-si, the Sinpo-si, the Sinpo-si, and the Sinpo-si, the Sinpo-si, the Sinpo-si, the Sinpo-si, the Sinpo-si, the Sinpo-si, and the Sinpo-si, the Sinpo-si.

Unfavorable circumstances: The fact that there are three times of drinking driving, one time of refusal to measure drinking, two times of drinking and other times of criminal punishment, including punishment, and the fact that there are several times of criminal punishment, the circumstances favorable to the fact that the crime is committed during the period of probation (i.e., interference with business): the fact that there is no record of the same kind of crime since 2012.
