Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim by spiting the victim’s face that he/she left from his/her vehicle on one occasion while doing a dispute with the change of course between the victim B ( South, 62 years of age) and the vehicle in the spitus area of Gangseo-si in the above village of Gangseo-si.
