Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2010, around 03:15, the Defendant tried to drink with the victim F (30 years of age) who without permission from the head of the head of the head of the head of the head of the head of the head office, when drinking alcohol within the D week located in Sung-gun, Sungsung-gun.
