1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from September 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 50,00,000 from C at a rate of 24% per annum; and (b) on April 1, 2015, the due date for repayment was determined and fixed; and (c) the Plaintiff jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant’s obligation of borrowing money.

However, the Defendant failed to pay the above borrowed amount, and the Plaintiff subrogated for it to C.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 50,000,000 won by subrogation and damages for delay based on the above agreed rate.

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
