1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 57,283,303 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from November 6, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is running the printing business in the name of “E” in the building on the ground of Pakistan-si, and Defendant B served as the head of the Plaintiff’s management division from February 2015 to February 28, 2017, and Defendant C is the wife of Defendant B.

B. On March 8, 2018, the Defendants were indicted as charges of occupational breach of trust or breach of trust (this Court Decision 2018Dadan463), and the same year

6. 22. Defendant B was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence for one year of imprisonment, and Defendant C was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence for six months of imprisonment (hereinafter “relevant criminal judgment”), and the same year.

6. 30. Relevant criminal judgments were finalized as they were.

Defendant B had occupational duties to faithfully receive orders for printing “E” from a person in charge of business operations, printing orders, and field management of the transaction partners of “E”. From April 8, 2016 to February 8, 2016, Defendant B conspired with Defendant C to establish “F” engaging in printing business in the name of “E” in the name of “E” and to use the printing orders received from the transaction partners of “E” in “E” rather than “E.” From June 2016, Defendant C agreed with Defendant C to place the printing orders that the Defendants intended to place in “E” at the Plaintiff’s office with “E” with “E”, and received KRW 4,92,218 from “G” with its payment, and Defendant B deposited KRW 180 to KRW 200, KRW 380, KRW 208, KRW 208, KRW 200, KRW 380, KRW 208, KRW 208, KRW 208, and KRW 385,2015, etc.

A. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants jointly committed a breach of trust and thereby jointly committed an act equivalent to KRW 72,283,303 to the Plaintiff.
